**The Job:**

Managing Contracts
Tender processes and schedules to annual projects and statutory compliance.
Take charge of building services responsibilities, offering guidance and support to a skilled team of engineers.
Navigate the demands of multiple internal and external stakeholders, making decisions for long-term improvements and efficiencies.
Champion modernisation projects, seeking innovative solutions to maintain our heritage while enhancing our operations.
**The Person:**

Facilities / Operations Manager or similar
Experienced in Tendering
Experienced in Contracts Management
