Residential Property Conveyancer

My client is seeking an experienced residential property conveyancer to join their highly respected firm in one of their Coastal offices in an upmarket area of East Kent.

This client is one of East Kent's largest and oldest legal practices, market-leaders in the area, with several local offices. They have won a number of national awards for their customer service, and ranked as a leading firm in the Legal 500. They're a modern high street practice with first class technology and excellent relationships with clients and agents alike.

The role is in addition to the team already in place which includes a Partner and conveyancer with support from a paralegal and administration. With a keen focus on client care, you will be required to manage your own caseload from start to finish with the benefit of secretarial support. Work encompasses freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The team is friendly and offer a supportive environment to grow your expertise and progress within the firm.

In addition to a highly competitive salary, due to the quality of the work which, comes from the local area and further afield, fee earners here typically bill well and qualify for a generous bonus which is based upon a % of fees recovered over target.
