Music Teacher

The school has a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating and great transport links, as well as an accessible staff car park. The successful Music teacher will promote the school's ethos and vision, adhere to educational developments, and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

The school is keen to take on a long-term Music Teacher with the potential for this to become permanent working with Key Stage 3 / KS3 up to Key Stage 5 / KS5. This includes exam preparation and encouraging a career mindset and employability. Additional duties for the successful Music Teacher will involve contributing to the school’s music curriculum, maintaining subject expertise, and supporting pupil standards in a personal and academic capacity.

The successful Music Teacher will have:               

QTS with Music specialism [ECT’s are welcome]
Experience teaching Music up to Key Stage 5 / KS5
Exceptional classroom presence and management
