Bristow Holland is looking for a DevOps Team Lead for an exciting new role in Stowmarket. This is a 50% remote position where you will build and develop the team responsible for IT environments critical to the business systems.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the DevOps team to support IT Infrastructure, Development teams, and end users.
* Analyse requirements for new platforms with IT and business representatives.
* Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective resource allocation and talent development.
* Deliver services and platforms using DevOps methodologies.
* Act as product owner for standard software frameworks, APIs, and libraries.
* Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of IT platforms.
Key Skills:
* Experience with multiple platforms for IT stakeholders.
* Proficiency in DevOps methodologies.
* Familiarity with technology stacks such as .NET, Oracle, and Python.
* Understanding of IT Infrastructure (networking, cloud, servers, firewalls).
* Ability to lead and collaborate with software developers.
* Experience managing APIs and enterprise-level platforms.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies
