Job Description: WINNER Education is seeking a dynamic and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team and work in a vibrant secondary school located in Worcester. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
Implement lesson plans and instructions left by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity of learning.
Support students in their learning activities and manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as taking attendance and maintaining records.
Foster a supportive and respectful classroom atmosphere, encouraging student engagement and participation.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young adults, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
