The Role:

We're on the lookout for an exceptional Pastry Sous Chef to assist with the operational running of the culinary pastry team at this outstanding venue renowned for its top-tier hospitality and events.

Supporting the Head Pastry chef, this role will encompass a range of tasks including innovation, team management and training, rota planning and menu design.

What are we looking for:

A Pastry Sous Chef with a proven track record of crafting a diverse range of top-tier pastries, desserts, and breads, ideally within a large venue or high-volume environment.

We're looking for someone who:

* Excels in innovation, seamlessly blending tradition with modern techniques to create visually stunning desserts.

* Thrives in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to a positive kitchen culture and offering valuable feedback to peers.

* Has some experience of managing teams of Pastry Chef of varying levels.

* Possesses meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach, adapting seamlessly to evolving kitchen dynamics.

* Demonstrates a strong aesthetic sense, constantly exploring new flavour combinations and techniques to keep menus fresh and enticing.

* experience within both fine dine and high volume kitchens would be an advantage
