Medacs is recruiting for a Governance Administrator to join the Clinical Governance team in our offices in central Glasgow, Scotland.

You will support the process to ensure that the processes for Revalidation of doctors and Clinical Complaints are dealt with in professional manner and within required timeframes.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that complaints are recorded and managed with company timeframes and liaising with other internal business areas and clients where required
Provide support for the revalidation/appraisal process of doctors
Monitoring trends and put forward improvement ideas to ensure continuous improvement of our services WHY MGG:

Ideally you will understand the NHS/healthcare sector and have experience working within a process driven role and have previous exposure to using your strong administration and customer service skills.
