Property Portfolio Manager - Overview:

As a Property Portfolio Manager you will be dealing with Blocks of flats, Managing agents, Residential property lets, Commercial property lets. You will develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, providing 1st class service and that encouraging long term relationships. You will be dealing with new business, renewals and adjustments, through client contact, and the preparation of presentations and the maintenance of manual and IT-based office systems.

About you:

Ideally you will have previous account handling experience from within property or general insurance, including personal lines and ideally working towards or gained your Cert CII. (Desirable not essential)

Main duties (but not limited to)

Managing all aspects of insurance dealing with Blocks of flats, Managing agents, Residential property lets, Commercial property Lets.

High levels of customer service and relationship management

Sales, networking and referals

Working towards KPI renvenue, compliance targets and busienss objectives

To encourage long term relationships with our clients ensuring that high retention levels are maintained.

New business, administration, adjustments, issuance and renewals

Ensure that all clients are appropriately informed of all matters relating to their insurance in a timely manner and in accordance with FCA guidelines, accurately presenting recommendations and options to clients.

Compliant within Business and FCA regulations and guidelines.

Any other duties required by the business

What do you get?

* Competitive basic salary of up to £35k

* Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm ( 1 hour lunch)

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (possible travel to other office)

Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday

Hybrid working:

2 days a week you will work in the office (Mon & Tues) the rest of the time will be spent working from home after training/probationary period.

Please note: The role may from time to time include going to different office and client visits , hybrid working two days in the office 3 days at home (The team days are Monday & Tuesday), please can they have personal lines experience as a minium
