Contentious Private Client Solicitor

£50,000 - £60,000 per year

Our client, a leading UK Top 100 law firm with offices in multiple locations, is seeking a skilled Contentious Private Client Solicitor to join their Legal 500 recognised Contentious Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an inclusive and friendly team working on a diverse range of disputes.

Responsibilities:

Handling Contentious Probate matters, including claims about the validity of wills, financial provision claims from disappointed beneficiaries, executor and beneficiary disputes, trust disputes, disputes arising from Powers of Attorney, and professional negligence claims related to will drafting or estate administration.
Managing a varied caseload, working autonomously and collaboratively with other fee earners across different offices to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Assisting with the growth of the practise area through business development opportunities.
Delivering exceptional client service, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firm's reputation as a trusted legal partner.
Working flexibly between home and the office, with hot desking available when in the office.To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience in handling Contentious Probate matters and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Additionally, excellent organisation, time management, and client service skills are essential.
