At LNJ Recruitment, we are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity on behalf of our esteemed client, a top ten UK insurance company and the UK’s largest rural insurer with over 250 local offices. This prestigious organization provides a wide range of products and services, including general insurance, life, pensions, and investments, and has been delivering quality insurance for over a century.

Responsibilities:

* Provide sales and service for personal lines customers, converting quotes into new and additional business.

* Train in Commercial licenses to assist business customers as you gain experience.

* Review customer policies and help retain business.

* Process customer instructions for policy amendments.

* Manage customer leads using our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics.

* Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities.

* Proactively create new business opportunities for the agency.

* Acquire and maintain knowledge of General Insurance products.

* Spot opportunities to introduce customers to our Financial Adviser.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

About You

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.

* Confident and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

* ‘Can-Do’ Attitude

* Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to company systems.

* A minimum of 5 GCSE passes (grade 4/C or above) including Maths and English.

* Desirable but not essential: a minimum of two A level passes or relevant insurance industry experience with CII professional qualifications.

You will receive full support from a dedicated training specialist. There is also a clear, structured path for future development within the business.
