We are looking for a new member of staff to work in our Wolverhampton Office on the transport desk.
You will be working in a busy booking office, dealing with both drivers & customers.
Ideally, you will have worked in the industry or something similar prior.
We are looking to talk with people who have a transport background, or, some recruitment or resourcing experience, however if you have strong people skills, that's the main aspect of the job, so we would be eager to talk to you.
You will be joining a small team with a wealth of experience, with an office set in a lovely location to work Monday - Friday.
Working hours are Monday - Friday (Apply online only).
The role comes with an on call aspect, which is shared between the office team.
Duties include:
- Managing our client base in and around the Black Country / Birmingham / Wolverhampton areas & developing relationships to be trusted.
- Working on & maintaining a healthy and established desk.
- Managing & allocating the drivers to jobs on a day to day basis, building strong working relationships with the drivers are essential here.
- Advertising, resourcing & interviewing.
We offer:
- £24,000 - £26,000 starting salary.
