We are looking for a Housekeeping Lead to join our team for our brand new Birmingham Hospital opening in September 2024. Our team members will come from all walks of life but what they will all have in common is that they are professional, friendly, polite and caring. What you'll be doing
As a vital part of our friendly and compassionate team supported by our experienced Operations Manager Karen, you will be an integral part of a passionate team helping to provide clean and comfortable surroundings ensuring that our patients feel they are receiving a high quality experience.  
You will be responsible for ensuring the continual cleanliness within both clinical and non-clinical areas within the hospital. Ensuring at all time that you operate in line with clearly defined standards and in compliance with corporate and local policies and procedures.

What we’ll look for in you
We are looking for someone who is willing to work hard, learn and develop in the role, but most importantly someone who understands the value of team work and a good work ethic.
Previously managed in a housekeeping department
Basic knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations 
The ability to receive and communicate information accurately and take instruction from professional colleagues
Someone with the flexibility to fit into internal rotating shift pattern.
