Location: Office based in Peterborough

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Vision of the role:

This is an exciting role which will drive impactful growth through advanced segmentation, personalisation, and data management. As a key member of our marketing team, you will implement sophisticated techniques to optimise funnel conversion rates, ensuring that every subscriber receives timely and relevant messaging.
Your role will also focus on maintaining and enhancing our data management processes, ensuring that campaign data is up-to-date and accurately mapped.

Traits & Characteristics:

In this role, you'll be instrumental in optimising and managing our data using Salesforce and SQL. Taking full responsibility for data configuration and performance, you'll enhance marketing activity and efficiency.
Your expertise in SQL will be critical as you leverage this powerful language to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from Salesforce and other sources. You'll develop and optimise SQL queries and scripts to generate actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and campaign performance.
You'll build and maintain robust data pipelines and tables essential for growth in marketing. This includes evolving our data structures and managing inclusion/exclusion rules to drive automated nurture throughout the customer lifecycle.
Your knack for data management and analytics will be key as you oversee the collection, management, and interpretation of marketing data. You'll use the data that will result into email campaign personalisation; such as segments, dynamic content and personalisation.
You'll ensure best-in-class data hygiene, building automated databases for both acquisition and retention efforts. This will enable accurate contact data across various customer roles, optimising our outreach strategies.
Process optimisation will be second nature to you. Constantly assessing and refining marketing automation processes for greater efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness, you'll drive continuous improvement.
Your role extends beyond technical expertise; it's about driving strategic growth through data-driven insights and operational excellence. You'll be a key player in shaping our organisation's marketing effectiveness and customer experience journey.
