Job Title: Mechanical Manager (HVAC Systems)

Location: London

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Job Summary: The Mechanical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems across multiple projects in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, design, and implementation of HVAC systems for various projects.

* Manage and coordinate the activities of the mechanical team, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

* Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and safety standards.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

* Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

* Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.

* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

* Implement and maintain health and safety protocols across all project sites.

* Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the HVAC sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, installation, and management of HVAC systems.

* Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including design principles, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.

* Proven experience in managing large-scale mechanical projects in commercial and industrial settings.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project).

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, CIBSE).
