We at JMS Recruitment LTD are urgently looking for Head Sandwich and Salad Chef to work in - Food Production Company in Park Royal/West Acton- permanent position

morning shift aligned with the salad team from 6 am to 3 pm

evening shift aligned with the catering team from 10 pm to 7 am.

We are seeking an individual who possesses:

● Extensive experience in high-volume pre-packed salad box production, including a proven track record of producing 500 packs per day, as well as experience managing production levels ranging from 600 to 1000 sandwiches per day.

● Proficiency in new dish development and costing.

● Expertise in salad preparation from scratch, along with comprehensive knowledge of new dish development and costing.

● Demonstrated experience in team management, including overseeing a team of 10-12 members, managing rota schedules, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

● Proficiency in ordering, stock rotation, and inventory management.

● A leadership style characterized by leading by example, providing effective training and development opportunities for team members.

● Strong communication skills, enabling efficient collaboration with team members, other departments, and management
