My client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their main site in Barnsley where they will be responsible for key financial tasks as well as mentoring and managing a small finance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a great leader and has previous experience in mentoring individuals, further supporting their progressive career journey.
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will:
Preparation of monthly management accounts.
Year-end financial accounts liaising with our external auditors.
Monthly board pack reporting including variance analysis and KPI testing.
Budgeting and financial forecasting.
Preparation and processing of payroll, PAYE and pension contributions.
Key account reconciliations with particular focus on trade debtor and trade creditor management, managing cash flow.Key requirements for this role:
Experience in a care/health industry
AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Experience performing payroll
Experienced with Sage line 50
Ability to mentor and manage a small finance team
