Preparing statutory accounts
Prepare company tax computations
Help junior staff when needed
Prepare self-assessment returns
May help if needed with VAT but not too much
Deal with HMRC queries regaring tax, calling them and replying to clients etc
Must know how to use Xero and QuickbooksRequirements:

Studying for ACCA/ACA qualification or qualified by experience
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
Must have good double entry knowledge
Good knowledge and experience of a variety of accounting softwares
