We are now looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance Department on a permanent, part-time basis, working 21.75 hours per week.

The Role

As our Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will support the smooth, efficient receipt of customer payments.

You will own the aged debtor’s ledger, leading the monthly debt review meeting, and work alongside the wider team to promote a positive and professional image of our recently established Shared Service Centre.

Additionally, you will:

- Chase overdue debt
- Process all customer receipts and payments
- Carry out bank reconciliations
- Reconcile Income Control accounts
- Administer customer portals and accounts

About You

To be considered as an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will need:

- Experience of working in a similar role
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills
