Power BI Consultant

Pure Resourcing Solutions are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded business in Cambridge, who are recruiting a Power BI consultant for a short term, temporary assignment. The role is due to start mid-July and is expected to last for two weeks.
The Power BI Consultant is required to establish an interface between a Microsoft Azure database and Power BI. You will be responsible for building a suite of reports, working closely with the FP&A team to define what is required for the reports.
You will provide training on how to maintain the interface between Azure and Power BI as well as the maintenance of the Power BI data model and finally, train the FP&A team on how to build reports in Power BI.
In addition, you will provide advice on how data that will not be fed from Azure, can be imported by spreadsheet into Power BI.
The client requires the successful candidate to be in the office full time for the two weeks.
This role requires someone with extensive Power BI knowledge, beyond just being a user of the system. In addition, you should have an accountancy background.
This role has been qualified as 'outside' of scope for IR35 and therefore we can consider candidates working on a Ltd company basis as well as PAYE
