My client offers expert consulting services focused on ensuring compliance with relevant British Standards and building regulations. They work in close collaboration with design teams to streamline the cost-effective implementation of acoustical design. Their extensive portfolio includes projects across the hospitality, education, residential, and healthcare sectors, covering a wide range of development scales.

Qualifications:

Ability to create high-quality technical reports and make them understandable for all parties.
At least 3 years of experience in acoustics with MIOA status.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Acoustics or a related field.
Demonstrated expertise in building acoustics, especially in construction RIBA stages 1-3.
Familiarity with new construction as well as existing residential and commercial structures.
Valid driver's licence.Duties/Responsibilities:

Collaborating on-site with colleagues for surveys, assessments and supervising junior staff when necessary.
Efficient management and communication with key stakeholders.
Thoroughly reviewing plans to ensure compliance with British acoustic regulations.
Writing technical reports and providing expert advice to clients for necessary remedies.Benefits:
