We are seeking an Assistant Buyer to join a successful Construction Company in Staines.
The successful candidate will be responsible assisting in the sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods for the organisation. The role requires construction knowledge as preferable,
Duties:
- Source and purchase goods according to company requirements
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms
- Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
- Analyse market trends to anticipate changes in supply and demand
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction is preferable
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective supplier relationships
