As a Contract Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with our client, contributing to their success and growth. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing our client's temporary workforce, focusing on payroll and ensuring an efficient and effective process.

£25,000 - £26,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Running weekly payroll for all temporary workers, including processing sick pay and maternity/paternity pay forms.
Assisting the Senior Contract Consultant in delivering account business plans aligned with specific client objectives.
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for white-collar roles.
Onboarding new starters, issuing contracts, and ensuring all necessary systems are set up.
Providing general support and assistance to temporary workers.
Assisting with daily and weekly reporting.
Building and maintaining relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers.
Building strong relationships with our workers to ensure their satisfaction and well-being during their assignment.Key skills:

Proven experience in a similar role, including shift planning, client management, and payroll administration.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office packages and a willingness to learn new systems.
