Business Development Manager - Logistics/Warehouse/Industrial
Join well established lighting manufacturer and their Industrial team.
Salary:
- The salary range is between £45-60k, depending on experience (The higher end is for candidates with an established customer base in the industrial and logistics lighting sector)
- Realistic commission is between £15k and £30k annually, with top performers earning over £60k in commission bonuses. (Commission is paid monthly after invoicing)
Location:
- The role is national, but we're aiming for a candidate who can cover the south of England (from the Midlands down).
- Ideally, the candidate should live close to their customer base.
Team and Support:
- The successful candidate will join a team that includes two BDM'S, and also two support staff handling lighting designs and surveys.
- The role will involve collaboration with the existing sales team so some customers outside of your geographical location will be manageable.
Target Markets:
- The role focuses on specification, design & build, and turnkey projects.
- The successful candidate will engage with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Desired Skills:
- The ideal candidate should have strong communication, active listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
