Job Duties:
Manage lease accounting functions including lease abstraction, data analysis, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards and regulations.
Oversee lease portfolio management, tracking lease agreements, and related financial transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Prepare and review lease-related financial statements, disclosures, and analyses.
Develop and implement lease accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Proven experience in lease accounting or related financial management roles.
Strong knowledge of lease accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16).
