We have an excellent opportunity for a Shunter Driver in the Scunthorpe area, with permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Working as a Shunter driver across site, doing transfer for both import and export goods.
Sheeting up
Operating HGV's and vehicles around site
Ensuring correct loads
Ensuring safe loads
Using hand scanners to check goods in and out
Supporting on stock takes
Operating bowser'sThe Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have a permanent opportunity following a probationary and training period.
HGV class 1 driving experience
H&S conscious at all times
Previous experience operating radios is highly advantageous however training can be provided
Previous experience in a Yard Shunter / Transfer role
Previous experience operating hand scanners is highly advantageous but not essential as training provided
