The Ideal Candidate: 

Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or a related field. A higher degree is advantageous
Teachers with education certification or relevant teaching qualification, welcome to apply
Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of English language, literature, and grammar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring students
Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
