A great client of mine, with an excellent customer reputation is looking for an experienced front of house customer service advisor. Any good independent business is built on its reputation, and your role with the customers will be an important part of maintaining this of course. Responsibilities

* Welcome customer to the business

* Book in customer work as required

* Monitor the workshop diary & liaise with the team

* Ensure a seamless customer journey from start to finish

Qualifications

* Great customer service skills

* Good computer literacy skills

* Technical knowledge ideal

* Motor trade experience essential

Salary and Benefits

* Basic salary up to £34000

* Monday to Friday 8-430 or 9-530 or 8-530

* 40- or 45-hour weeks available

* 20 days holiday + BH

* Onsite parking and pension scheme
