Branch and Space Merchandising Planner | Kemble (Hybrid)
Full time | £50,000-£55,000 + bonus
Come and join Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow + Rock, part of the Outdoor & Cycle Concepts group, who are looking for a Branch and Space Merchandising Planner to join their team in Kemble.
You’ll be a key partner to the Head of Merchandising, creating the space planning strategy that underpins store segmentation and merchandising assortment planning to optimise stores!
As the Branch and Space Merchandising Planner, you will be involved with the seasonal planning for Ranging, aligning all activities across the Merchandising teams, to ensure that the right decisions are made regarding space, by Division - to feed into Assortment Plans. You’ll also produce actionable insight on how to best manage Stores Grading and Sales Forecasts and create the store grading/clustering framework - to name a few examples!
You'll really fit in if you have:
* Experience working in Branch merchandising and Space planning
* Proven experience in creating processes that improve efficiency
* Previous experience working with reporting and replenishment systems
* A proven track record supporting, managing and developing a team with outstanding communication
* Advanced Excel skills and able to create reports and produce meaningful insight to drive business decision making
