Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and manage payroll for our employees, ensuring timely and precise payment.
Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in payroll data.
Handle payroll queries from employees and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and legislation.
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to streamline payroll processes.
Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
