Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00
Pay Rate: £12.00ph-£14.00ph

Workforce Staffing are looking to recruit a Mechanical Assembler to assist in the Assembly of doors for a busy manufacturing company based in West Brom.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating high-quality, custom doors that are synonymous with innovation and elegance.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the precise assembly of components, quality assurance checks, and the application of finishing touches that define the superior standard of the finished product.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating products that combine functionality with aesthetic appeal. Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is highly regarded, though comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability in using hand tools and assembly equipment with precision.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly within the joinery or carpentry sectors.
- A strong understanding of technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and quality control measures.
- Excellent manual dexterity and a methodical approach to tasks.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Manufacturing Workforce are responsible for placing skilled and in demand people on both a permanent and contract basis into the Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing sectors, from skilled Shop Floor Personnel and Specialist Engineers to Supervisory and Management positions.
