Pay rate: Umbrella £25.58per hour, annual £53,352.57

Location: Birmingham

Contract: Temporary, 8 months potential to be longer, Monday - Friday 8-5

Job description:

Project manage a removal and instalations of HVAC system over three floors
Responsible for leading the shift-based team operating on a 12/7 basis
delivering high calibre essential maintenance services and project integration support
Ensuring a speedy response to fault/breakdown requests and efficiently undertaking routine and scheduled maintenance of plant and/or equipment being pre-requisite and of paramount importanceEssential skills:

City & Guild Electrical discipline competency, Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent apprenticeship.
18th Edition BS7671 wiring regulations.
Comprehensive building services knowledge in similar environments to a minimum of HVAC standards.
Working knowledge of "Permit to work" systems.
BMS/Control systems
Chillers
LTHW Boilers
Life Safety Systems
