Position Title: Senior Project Planning & Scheduling Engineer - 39596
Division: Product Engineering
Location: Warwickshire
Position Description:
* Using data analytics, understand the latest status of the production release (P-Release) and pinpoint areas of concern for further investigation.
* Coordinate daily reviews with members of the programme and units to establish improvement activity to reduce lead times
* Work with Procurement teams and Engineers to get improved delivery plans from suppliers
* Identify alternative procurement routes / part pedigree where necessary
* Managing communications with stakeholders via the daily report out
* Ensure the issue management system is being updated, prioritised and escalated where appropriate
* Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
* Supporting the team in removing impediments
* Enabling team to deliver business objectives
Skills Required:
* Experience of Programme delivery with milestone and gateways
* Automotive experience
* Metric Development
Experience Required:
Automotive or relevant supply chain experience
