Quantity Surveyor

My client are specialist fast track fit out contractor providing a full interior design, procurement, delivery, furniture, and visualisation package. They work with a number of leading clients across the UK, delivering high quality services, with projects valued from £50k up to £2m.

With a strong pipeline of diverse and exciting projects secured, they are seeking an experienced and talented fit out Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. You'll be working on a range of exciting projects across the Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

As a Quantity Surveyor your primary responsibilities will include:

Efficiently manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial objectives.
Oversee the procurement process, including tendering, negotiation, and contract administration.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and value enhancement.
Effectively manage subcontractor relationships
Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with cost, contracts, and procurement.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and cost analysis.Benefits:
