Customer Service Advisor

We are working with a great family run insurance business who are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to join their supportive, friendly team. The company really embrace change and have a strong work together culture.

You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be the first point of contact for customer queries and will need to handle complaints, as well as passing customers onto the correct departments.

That’s why we are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident and who has a real passion for providing great customer service. Someone who is self-motivated and has a great can-do attitude with an eye for detail and accuracy.

If you have worked in insurance before that could be an advantage, but not essential as support and training will be provided.

This is a Monday to Friday role working 8.30am to 5pm. You will also have 22 days holidays plus bank holidays and benefits which include death in service, healthcare and shop discounts. The company has implemented hybrid working at home 2 days out of 5 after 6 months service.
