New Business & Pitch Manager

This role is key to the ongoing expansion and creative development of our client – supporting the full life cycle of new business and pitches of one of the UK’s most exciting Global Brand Experience agencies. With the support of the entire agency to call upon, you’ll attend new business meetings, scope new opportunities to ensure that they’re a fit and – if they are – own the plan to convert them. It will also include taking a pitch brief and managing the response through with our specialist in house teams to create something truly amazing.

Your key duties include

* Playing a key, senior role working within the New Business and Client Development team, reporting into the Director of Client Relationships.

* Experience being client facing to attend new business meeting, take briefs and conduct Q&A sessions, presentations and pitches where required.

* Ability to prepare appropriate credentials and research on the company and potential opportunity for attending new business meetings.

* Working closely with the Director of Client Relationships and relevant Account teams to manage new business pitches and existing client proposals.

* Working closely with the in-house studio, content and communications, film, digital, production and account teams when working on pitches.

* Having a good understanding of the creative process and production of a pitch is essential.

* Attention to detail is key, as well as having strong organisational and communication skills, you must also have the ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure.

* Having an understanding of the dynamics of working on pitches with complex requirements is preferred, ensuring the pitch response meets the clients requirements and everything is achieved within the pitch timescales.

* Experience delivering pitches across a wide range of service offerings including events, comms, campaigns, brand activations and exhibitions.

* Working closely with our Content and Communications team will be a key part of the role, so you will be able to demonstrate an ability to think critically and be the voice of the brief to ensure we are answering every element of it and showing added value and a winning edge at every opportunity.

* Supporting the Project team in building budgets for pitches and proposals

* Event / marketing agency experience is required.

* Overarching planning and connecting the dots at a higher level to find both operational and strategic efficiencies in our pitching process.
