One of the key channels in being able present this passion for parenting is through our (url removed) website where we not only offer a wide range of nursery & baby products, but insight into key campaigns and support.

Through the wonderful news that one of our (url removed) team will be welcoming her own baby into the world, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager (.com) on a 12 month fixed term contract.

As Digital Marketing Manager (.com) your role will be:
Reporting into our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be to support and drive traffic through to our (url removed) website via 3 key strategic pulls of;

**PPC**
• Assist in the relationship with external Paid agency to drive new and repeat quality traffic that converts
• Optimise the program to lower COS
• Advocate best practice for this channel with other internal stakeholders

**SEO**
• Manage the relationship with external SEO agency to implement technical best-practice and ensure brand is fully optimised to drive quality organic traffic
• Champion SEO best practice within the business and work closely with other teams to further their understanding of the role they play
• Ensure the UK and IE differ to suit the customer and help with international Mamas & Papas Sites

**Affiliate Partners**
• Manage the day to day running of the affiliate marketing program
• Build relationships with existing affiliate partners and developing new ones
• Analysis and optimisation of performance and budget
