Recruitment Resourcer

Our client, UK’s leading recruitment consultancy in primary care are looking to expand their Veterinary team with the addition of a Recruitment Resourcer. We are looking for a driven, process driven and methodical candidate to support the consultants in day-to-day search activities. This role would be suitable for a graduate looking to start a rewarding career in recruitment. Although advantageous, no previous experience is necessary.

Main duties of the Recruitment Resourcer:

* Liaising with candidates in a friendly, professional manner, answering queries and screening candidates.

* Helping to longlist and shortlist potential candidates.

* Making outbound calls to headhunt suitable candidates.

* Working closely alongside the permanent team to source suitable candidates for Veterinary vacancies.

* Keep in regular contact with candidates and ensuring the highest levels of customer service are always applied.

* Working towards targets and collaborating with other members in the team.

The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will have:

* Be educated to degree level or equivalent.

* Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.

* Thrive in a fast-paced team, able to handle conflicting deadlines with ease.

* Able to build rapport with people at all levels.

* A professional manner and positive demeanour.

* Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous.

* A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with others.

* Strong work ethic and resilience.

* Excellent IT literacy and experience using LinkedIn advantageous.
