Join our Asset & Technology Solutions team as a Plant Administrator and you’ll be a big part of fascinating, complex, varied and meaningful work!

What you'll be doing

As a Plant Administrator you will have the following accountabilities:

Engage with Project Managers, suppliers and internal functions on site to effectively manage and communicate all aspects of mobilisation and demobilisation successfully.
Support the project in specifying requirements.
Co-ordinate the successful completion of tenders through mobilisations
Ensure relevant H & S / RAMS documentation in place prior to delivery of mobilisations .
Manage programme delivery of mobilisations and demobilisations
Ensure all orders are placed accurately and completed on time to the customer’s specification and in agreed SLA’s.
Proactively monitor progress of all orders, working with internal/external suppliers to fulfil order requirements.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with all other members of the team including suppliers and customers.
Accurate data entry and maintenance of databases to assist in collation of management information.
Assist in collation of management information for accurate reporting on SLA’s and KPIs.
Proactively problem solve and assisting project team (customer) with enquiries.
Management of document storage and file management – continuously auditing to ensure accurate data documented.
To take ownership of any given task and complete by agreed deadline.
Contribute to delivery of the department’s business plan through personal objectives.
Programme design/development and scheduling of supply chain.
Producing detailed cost data and presenting to project team (customer).
Any other duties commensurate with role.

Who we're looking for

Essential Skills required            

Ability to lead and deliver against tight SLA`s to specific KPI`s
Ability to plan and deliver complex, managed projected set ups
Outstanding communication skills comfortable presenting to senior executives both internal and amongst clients
Willing to travel to meet with stakeholders to produce client / customer deliverables
Customer focused and have excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
IT literate and able to produce management information
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office products (particularly Excel, Word, Project & Powerpoint)

Ability to multi-task, in fast paced high-volume deadline driven environment

Desirable

Previous experience in construction functions
Previous construction site experience
CSCS Labourer or above Card
