A fantastic opportunity has become available, working for a highly reputable and long-standing manufacturing business in the Rotherham area.
Sharp Consultancy are working alongside an ever-growing manufacturing business, of which are on the lookout for a Credit Controller to join their team on a temporary basis! You will be working alongside a friendly and small team whilst reporting into the Finance Manager. This role involves the collation of data, reconciling against the ledger and checking for/investigating any discrepancies within the Credit Control ledger. You will also be chasing any outstanding payments.
This is a temporary position with the likelihood of concluding after approximately 8 weeks, however there is the possibility of extension. Hybrid working is made available as and when it is required.
The role includes:
* Maintaining the debtor's ledger and customer portals
* Collating and inputting data
* Reconciling against the ledger
* Locating any discrepancies
* Investigating discrepancies
* Chasing debtors for payments
Skills and experience:
* 1 year experience working within a Credit Control role (beneficial not compulsory).
* Ability to use the Sage software (beneficial not compulsory).
* Ability to communicate across all levels within a business
