A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join an excellent team with a well-established international luxury ladieswear brand. Full time, office based at their Sheffield Head Office.

As the HR Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring the smooth operation of all HR processes. With excellent organisational and communication skills, you will have the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously. Continually delivering the highest quality of service to colleagues, managers and employees.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Recruitment : Assist in the recruitment process. i.e. post job ads, scheduling interviews, communication with candidates, process new employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters and onboarding materials, including Right-to-Work checks.

* Onboarding: Conduct initial induction sessions, prepare a companywide induction programme and coordinate probationary review process, notifying and issuing the required paperwork.

* Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and security of documentation and carry out regular employee file audit checks.

* Prepare reports on employee information and statistics as required.

* Assist in processing and authorisations of the company payroll, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information and ensuring timely payment.

* Preparation and submission of P11Ds to the HMRC – annually.

* Administer employee benefits programmes: health insurance, pension plans, leave policies.

* Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.

* Responsible and effectively conduct all administrative duties regarding company vehicles.

* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge to ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations.

* Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.

* Participate in audits and prepare necessary documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed, e.g. note taking in meetings.

* Assisting with absence management and news starters and leavers process.

* Support performance management processes: reviews, appraisals and development plans.

* Provide administrative support to the HR team. Schedule meetings, prepare documents and manage correspondence. Plus updating internal forms when required.

* Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities.

* Manage HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

* Conducting DSE Assessments.

* Completing annual and mid-year holiday reconciliation for the Finance audit process.

* Responsible to liaising with and overseeing Contract Cleaning Agents and stock audits.

* Key holder responsibility for the head office facility.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Desirable)

* Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.

* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Have a proactive approach in general.

* Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* High level of confidentiality and integrity.

* Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Hours: 37.5hrs, between 8:00am and 5:00pm
