Due to a new role becoming available our Client in Holmewood is looking to add a Warehouse Shift Leader to join their team,
Senior Salmon are looking for Team Leaders who are willing to work continental DAY shifts and work within a Busy warehouse dealing with 3pl Transport companies and Manufacturing
CANDIDATES MUST HOLD A CURRENT COUNTERBALANCE FLT LICENCE
This is a working Team Leader role and duties will also include operating MHE in the Warehouse.
The position Key Tasks and Duties:
• Work within the ethos and standards of the company
• Monitoring daily work. Identifying problems and working with Shift Manager to introduce solutions.
• Providing leadership and support to your team ensuring optimum team performance
• Ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly adhered to by all members of your staff.
• Day to Day supervision of production teams to ensure targets for quality/service/costs are achieved.
• Maintaining Housekeeping at a high level within the department
• Support a work environment of continuous improvement.
• Ensure all production activities are documented as required
• Monitor day to day performance
• Goals / targets to be set for each team member on a daily basis
• Assist in identifying training needs in relation to Compliance, Safety, Environmental and Personal
• Assist the Shift Leader with any other production related duties that may be required.
