Job Description
The main functions of this position are:  Oversees the testing and evaluation of electro-optical devices; Optimizes visual test equipment/methods such as a scanning electron microscope, FTIR, and other analytical tools for defect analysis.  Works with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering for defect analysis, new product development and process improvement.  Works in cross functional team setting to minimize or eliminate quality and delivery problems.
