What can you expect?

• You are the main communicator to OEM customers mainly in the industrial area, providing daily customer support
• You follow up with current customers and find potential new ones, building customer relationships through visits and market research
• You work on solutions to steadily increase turnover and transform customer requirements into our company solutions, meeting quality, time, and cost targets
• You support OEM technically, responding to and following up on technical inquiries, troubleshooting our products, and making quotations after product selection
• You visit trade fairs and exhibitions, support marketing efforts, and negotiate delivery date adjustments based on OEM customer production trends

What should you bring along?

• You have a technical education and 2-3 years' experience with hydraulic components in the field of construction machines
• You can read drawings for hydraulic equipment and units
• You are business fluent in German and English (written and spoken), and any additional language is beneficial
• You have experience working in a Japanese company (this is a plus)
• You are willing to travel approximately 3 days a week to customers in Europe and have a valid driving license
