Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary: DOE and PQE
Hours: Full Time, 9-5

EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Qualified Solicitor / CILEX Lawyer: You should hold the relevant qualifications but any PQE will be considered.
*Commercial Property Transactions Experience: You must be proficient in handling commercial property transactions from initial instructions through to completion. Residential property experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
*Independence: The role requires the ability to work independently.
*Business Development: You should be capable of building a network and generating a caseload to further develop the department.
*Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong client relationships is essential.
ABOUT YOU
*Office Based Work - You will need to attend the office five days a week although there is scope for flexible working in the future.
*Positive Attitude: The firm is looking for someone with a friendly, conscientious and approachable person with a positive attitude.
*Office Based: The ideal candidate should feel comfortable working independently in an office setting.
*Calm Under Pressure: You'll need to be comfortable dealing with difficult situations while maintaining a calm demeanour.
*Motivated: The firm is seeking individuals who are highly motivated and committed to their work.
*Driver's License: A driver's license is preferred, as there may be occasional travel between offices or client meetings
