If the answer is yes, then continue reading. Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team to provide support and assist customers and clients in a professional and timely manner.

Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Benefits: 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (7 days holiday need to be saved for Christmas shutdown), health cash plan & death in service cover

Who are we?

Duties will include:

* Using Sage to process orders

* Answering telephone and email enquiries

* Taking payments via the phone

* Maintaining the production schedule to facilitate all orders

* Liaising with dispatch and transport teams

* Maintaining excellent customer service levels

What we are looking for:

* Interest in Sales or Client Relationship Management

* Good IT skills including Microsoft Word & Excel

* Able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills

* Keen on developing existing skills as well as learning new ones

* Team player but also able to work alone

* Have proactive and upbeat attitude
