We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers for ad hoc shifts with our charity client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support and care in line with individual care plans.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal prep, and medication management.
* Promote independence and support community participation.
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
Requirements:
* Experience in a support worker or similar role preferred.
* Compassionate and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
* Relevant qualifications or training in health and social care are a plus.
* Valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
