About the Role:
As a KS1 Teacher at this one form entry school, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. You'll deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, foster a love for learning, and lay the foundation for future academic success.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and respected.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community.
Uphold the school's ethos and values, promoting a culture of excellence and high expectations.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
Dedication to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn and grow.
