Sales Executive
Location: Doncaster (Office Based)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (Dependant on experience)
Benefits:
10% bonus based on budget and KPI achievement.
Company Pension
28 days (including bank holidays)Hours: 39 hours per week, across 4.5 days. (Monday - Friday)

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a driven, motivated, and dynamic salesperson to join their sales team to solidify existing relationships and help further expand their SME offerings. This role is a great opportunity to join an expanding and ambitious business and offers great potential for career growth for the right candidate.
Position requirements:
Achieve the agreed KPI's.
Conduct outbound cold calls to build new relationships.
Maintain strong & long-lasting customer relationships.
Work closely with other departments to make sure customer expectations are met.
Maintain excellent customer service.
Contact customers using email, phone, or hold/organise meetings.
Efficiently maintain the CRM database
Produce accurate quotes+
Produce accurate and up to date build / status reports.
Liaise with suppliers / technical and purchasing depts.
Quality Assurance / Customer Service
Receive / Handle warranty claims (ad hoc)
Receive / Handle service calls (ad hoc)Skills & Attributes:
Understand and have a good level of knowledge of the conversion process.
Have a good level of knowledge of the regulations and governing bodies of the conversion industry.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Have effective communication skills when dealing internally and externally.
Have a good level of IT & computer skills.
Have a good understanding of Emax and the company's CRM system.
Have the desire to uphold a high level of customer service.
Can handle pressure and be comfortable working to targets.
