Project Manager

Sector: Construction, Offsite, Modular, MMC

Thorn Baker are working with a multi award winning modular building company who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team as a result of growth and increase in demand. The job:

Prepare construction phase HSE plans/RAMS
Prepare site layout
Pre start meetings with client/main contractor
Manage stakeholder expectations are managed throughout
Ensure project is on programme with adequate resource levels
Ensure post delivery quality inspection is done and reported back
Ensure all site records are kept up to date
About you:

Proven experience in a similar position
High level of written and verbal communication
HNC/D in construction and built environment preferred
Strong construction background with knowledge of modular build
