Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager to take charge of a high-profile data centre project. This role demands a strong leader capable of guiding a diverse team, adhering to strict project timelines, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Craft detailed project plans with clear timelines and milestones. Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of all project phases.
Leadership: Inspire and manage a multi-disciplinary team, promoting collaboration and high performance. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all parties involved.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, control expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency. Provide regular financial and progress reports to senior management.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control processes to meet the highest construction and engineering standards. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders. Deliver regular updates and promptly address any issues.Your Profile:

Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale construction or engineering projects, preferably in the data centre sector.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly valued.What We Offer:
